英文的母亲节的来历

Mother's Day originated in the United States. On May 9, 1906, Anna Jarvis'mother died in Philadelphia, USA. She was very sad. In the following year, Miss Anna organized activities to remember her mother and encouraged others to express their gratitude to their mothers in a similar way. On May 10, 1913, the United States Senate and House of Representatives passed a resolution, signed by President Wilson proclamation, deciding that the second Sunday of May each year is Mother's Day.
