Simone区别如下：
一，意义不同。
sought out，寻找; 寻求; 谋求; 争取; 请求，是seek的过去式。
found out，发现;猜着;想出;揭发(坏人等)，是find out的过去式。
例：
sought out：They sought out 猜尘哗potters who had once made copies of the ancient vessels.
他们寻找曾经仿制过古代器皿的陶工。
found out：I found out my phone was bugged.
我发现我的电话被窃听了。
二，侧重点不同。
sought out，侧重点在“寻”，找到已经存在的东西。
found out，侧重点在“发现”，找到之前兄键没有见过或者没有意识到的东西。
例：
sought out：Save me, for I am yours; I have sought out your precepts.
我是属你的，求你救我，因我寻求了你的训词。
found out：I haven't found out her name, but I'm working on it.
我还没有找出她的名字，不过我穗行在尽力。
三，源头不同。
sought out，源自于seek out，是seek out的过去式。found out，是源自于find out，是find out的过去式。
